C.O.R.E. COACHING SERVICES 

 

Running is a form of physical activity and sport, that is easily accessible to all of us. Despite its easy accessibility and minimal equipment requirements, many of us may find running monotonous and boring. You may have got stuck in the same training pattern or jogging route week after week, and you simply start to run out of motivation to get out on your next run. Others may not experience any motivational challenges but feel an uncertainty in how to set up their training to develop as a runner, while others simply do not have the time to sit down and plan their training.

 

We also know that many of you have dreams about being able to run 10k under 60, 50 or why not 40 minutes, or to one day being able to complete an entire marathon in a certain dream time. Regardless of your dream, your situation, or your ambition level as a runner – we at C.O.R.E. can support you in your development as a runner by carefully planning each training week and introducing new, interesting running sessions for you. Our individual coaching services are offered in three languages: Swedish, Finnish, and English.

 

Individual Coaching – Take your running to the next level!

Our individual coaching is based entirely on the runner’s own needs. Depending on how you want to develop as a runner, we design a training program tailored to your needs from 1 month up to 3 months. We can also design programs for 6-12 months. The pricing for our individual coaching services is based on the following factors: the number of physical/virtual meetings per month, the adept’s running goals, and need for detailed training planning and follow-up. Depending on the scope of the coaching, the price for our individual coaching services varies from 89 EUR to119 EUR per month (incl. VAT)

Individual Coaching – Our two concepts:

1) JOY OF RUNNING  – Online 

  • 89 EUR for 1 month (incl. VAT)
  • 249 EUR for 3 months (incl. VAT)

 

Contents:

Initial evaluation of the adept’s current fitness level, overall life situation, and goals – A form is sent out to the adept for completion and review by C.O.R.E.’s coaches.

– Monthly program: Based on the evaluation, we design a monthly program that includes training sessions per week, rest days, suggestions for alternative training as well as marked key or quality sessions. The monthly program is delivered by e-mail to the adept within one week after the form has been submitted to C.O.R.E. For individual coaching with a duration over 1 month, a new program is delivered to the adept during the last week of an ending monthly program.

– 1 x 30 min initial discussion (online/mobile phone) between adept and C.O.R.E. coach(es) to go through the monthly program and its structure.
– 1 x 30 min follow-up meeting (online/mobile phone) between adept and C.O.R.E. coach(es) two weeks into a new monthly program – possibility for feedback and adjustment of the program.
– Continuous follow-up (1 time/week) by C.O.R.E. coach(es) by commenting the adept’s performed training sessions via Strava or similar training app.

2) BOOST MY RUNNING – Online + Joint training sessions 

  • 119 EUR for 1 month (incl. VAT)
  • 339 EUR for 3 months (incl. VAT)

 

Contents:

– 2 x 60-75 min joint training sessions (focus on running technique and performing the week’s key or quality session)
– 1 x 30 min follow-up meeting (online/mobile phone) between adept and C.O.R.E. coach(es) two weeks into a new monthly program – possibility for feedback and adjustment of the program.
– Continuous follow-up (1 time/week) by C.O.R.E. coach(es) by commenting the adept’s performed training sessions via Strava or similar training app.

 

Invoicing:   Upon agreement  (1 month programs invoiced as one payment). 

Payment methods:   Web bank transfers, credit cards, and employee benefits (ePassi, Smartum & Edenred).
